First day for JR/Int Varsity is Sept 8
First day for SR Varsity is Sept 9

Group Class Schedule:

Junior Varsity:

Tuesday, Thursday 4:15-4:45pm. Membership for first child is $399/semester (Sept-Jan or Feb-June). Age minimum is 6.

Intermediate Varsity:

Tuesday, Thursday 4:45-5:15pm and Saturday 10:00am -10:45am. Membership for first child is $399/semester (Sept-Jan or Feb-June. Age minimum is 10.

Varsity:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30-5:15pm and Saturday 10:00am -10:45am. Membership for first child is $499/semester (Sept-Jan or Feb-June). Age minimum is 13.

*class sizes are limited to 10 athletes and are loosely based on age. Athletes move up to the varsity class at the discretion of their coach upon demonstration of maturity and skill.

Siblings receive a %10 discount.

Personal Training/Skills Sessions

Another option for young athletes is to attend classes designed specifically for them and receive one-on-one coaching. This can be set up regularly, or for occasional skill sessions that help the athlete improve a particular movement. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are $39 for one individual, and $59 for two individuals to attend.

Our Varsity program is back for it second year! Last year we helped change the lives of a great group of young athletes by teaching excellence in movement and the importance of recovery and nutrition. Plus they had a lot of fun.

Participants will gain the skills needed to excel in both sport and life through development of the 10 physical skills:

  1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance: The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.
  2. Stamina: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.
  3. Strength: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.
  4. Flexibility: the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint
  5. Power: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
  6. Speed: The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement.
  7. Coordination: The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.
  8. Agility: The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another.
  9. Balance: The ability to control the placement of the bodies center of gravity in relation to its support base.
  10. Accuracy: The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.

Equipment needed: Water Bottle, Indoor flat soled running shoe (chuck taylors), Outdoor running/field shoe, Watch with timer
