JULY Run & Tumble

  • JULY Run & Tumble Little Ninjas CAMP- ages 5 to 7

This one hour class will keep your little ninja moving, jumping, playing, climbing, swinging and learning.

Through a variety of games, activities, skill learning and tiny workouts we will help burn off energy for your ninja and teach them how to move well and to have fun while doing it!

  • Monday- Friday: 5 day Camp
  • 1-2 pm each afternoon (1 hour)
  • July Camp: July 1-5 ( Mon- Fri)

All athletes must bring a water bottle, running shoes and flat soled indoor shoes.

AUGUST Run & Tumble

I’ve been going to No Drama Fitness for 2 years now and it has been one of my most enjoyable experiences.

From participating in CF 24 to support my community to entering my first CF Open this year, I look forward to working out with my friends.
