Today’s youth are often caught between sedentary lifestyles, and very early and intensive single- sport specialization. This has reduced physical activity- decreasing play, undermining motor skills development, increasing the risk of injury and adding to the increasing problem of childhood obesity.


We want to be a driving force behind healthier, happier and more active children and youth.


We want what is best for kids and teens.


We hope to impact them at a young age so that fitness and healthy lifestyles will be with them in the years to come.


Through our child and youth programs at No Drama we hope to make good movers, safe movers and young people that fall in love with being active regardless of sports, teams, or school.


Strong Kids Varsity

Ages 5- 10 

Cost $150/ youth

This class will include the learning and practice of foundational movement skills. There are many benefits to learning movement skills. They help children improve their strength, posture and sleep, and enhance their confidence, social skills and sense of achievement.

Kids will have the opportunity to learn new skills and also improve current skills through fun workouts and lots of games!


Sr. Varsity Barbell Club

Tuesday and/ or Thursdays 4:30- 5:30 pm (Option to come once or twice a week) 

9 week program  

January 10th - March 9th, 2023

Ages 11- 16

Cost once a week: $170/ youth

Cost twice a week: $275/youth

Athletes will be directed to move weight according to ability and strength as well as learn the importance of teamwork, encouragement, and leaving no one behind.

Our athletes will be taught proper form and bracing through each movement. Workouts will include game elements and fun challenges! Youth will have the opportunity to try a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, and more!
