No Drama Junior Varsity

  • Class Outline:
    路 This 30 minute class will include: Learning new skills, warm up, a fun kid friendly workout and finishes off with games! This is a fantastic way to promote healthy exercise for young school aged children as well as exposing them to a variety of movement patterns and physical challenges that will improve physical, mental and emotional health.
    路 Children will be exposed & taught proper form, introducing them to the basics of fitness and strength moves. Once a child is moving with good form they will have exposure to using things such as Ninja sticks (PVC pipes), lightweight medicine balls, light weight kettlebells and light weight dumbbells. Our focus is to learn proper form and movement patterns before ever loading a movement.
    路 Our focus: fun, safety and movement!
    路 Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the class but parents will remain on the sidelines to watch.

No Drama Intermediate Varsity

  • Class Outline:
    路 This 45 minute class will include: Learning new skills, warm up, conditioning, and skill based games. This is a fantastic way to promote healthy exercise for preteens as well as exposing them to a variety of movement patterns and physical challenges that will improve physical, mental and emotional health.
    路 Children will be taught proper form, continuing to lay the foundations for strong and efficient movers over a lifetime. Skills and conditioning will be a benefit to any preteen in their sports, physical activities, mental focus and attention at school along with general physical fitness.
    路 The majority of bone growth happens before the end of puberty. Because bone is strengthened through impact loading, some type of loading will occur in each class time.
    路 Our focus: fun, safety and conditioning for good movement!
  • Must be 8 years old by March 25th
  • 10 week spring program 3 x/ week
  • Starting Monday March 25th- Saturday June 1st (except Holidays)
  • Monday & Wednesdays 4:15- 5:00 pm (45 mins) Saturday Open Varsity class (9:00- 10:00 am)
  • Cost: $299/ athlete

No Drama Senior Varsity

  • Class Outline:
    路 This 1 hour class will include: Warm up, skill learning, skill prep, conditioning, skill challenges and mobility work. This is a fantastic way to promote healthy and safe movement for teens. Teens will have the opportunity to learn proper weight lifting form and then learn how to safely load each skill.
    路 The majority of bone growth happens before the end of puberty. Because bone is strengthened through impact loading, some type of impact loading will occur in each class time.
    路 Conditioning, strength, mobility and healthy support for fellow athletes will be our focus. This class will be a great addition to any young athlete鈥檚 goals as well as be a great exercise outlet for kids not as involved in sports.
    路 Come join us in a positive, no bullying allowed zone that promotes teamwork and individual improvement.
  • Must be 13 years old by March 25th
  • 10 week spring program 3x/ week
  • Starting Monday March 25th- Saturday June 1st聽(except Holidays)
  • Monday & Wednesdays 5:00- 6:00 pm (1 hour) , Saturday Open Varsity class (9:00- 10:00 am)
  • Cost: $349/ athlete

Equipment needed: Water Bottle, Clean indoor running shoes, Outdoor running/field shoes

Training will be held at No Drama Fitness, 2-160 Mahood Johnston Dr , Kincardine, Ontario N2Z 2P3
